By accessing or using voidorca.com and any services provided by VoidOrca LLC ("VoidOrca," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

VoidOrca provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to:

• Nova AI Receptionist — Voice AI agent for business call handling, appointment booking, and lead qualification
• AI Creator — AI content creation and management services
• Industry Ops Packs — Downloadable digital business operations documents priced at $97 per vertical

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Digital Product Purchases

All digital product sales (including Industry Ops Packs) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued
• You are purchasing a license for personal or single-business use unless otherwise stated

Payment processing is handled by Gumroad and GoHighLevel. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

Subscription Services

Services such as Nova AI Receptionist are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, and service will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on voidorca.com — including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation — is the property of VoidOrca LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase an Ops Pack, you receive a license to use the documents for your business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials without written permission from VoidOrca.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI systems or digital products
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidOrca LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VoidOrca in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI systems will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
